Wandsworth's NHS Commissioner talks about Trinity
"Trinity Hospice is a key element of the end of life care system in Wandsworth, providing specialist services and advice not only to individual patients and their families and carers but also to other health and social care providers across the Borough.
“This enables the whole system to function at its best to care for patients in the community, meeting their needs and preferences and, wherever possible, keeping them out of hospital. We have worked closely with Trinity over the last few years to expand services and develop initiatives and best practice and look forward to continuing that work in the future."
