Trinity's 10th annual Light Up a Life carol service took place on Thursday 13 December 2007 and raised over £60000 towards Trinity's vital work. The Lights were switched on by Iris Allen MBE a long term supporter and patron of Trinity whilst the children from St Mary's RC primary school sang Silent Night
This much valued community event was supported by BBC newsreader Huw Edwards and award-winning actress Geraldine James who kindly gave readings during the service that followed at Holy Trinity Church on Clapham Common.
Ten-year old Alina Mohammed touched the hearts of everyone as she read a poem she had written in memory of her grandfather who had also been cared for by Trinity.
