LBI fundraising ideas

Support your local hospice – Donate or fundraise on our behalf and become a business partner

Make a direct donation

Choose Trinity as your business’s charity of the year and make a donation to join as a bronze, silver or gold business partner. Remember, companies receive tax deductions on donations.

Display a collection box

Either by your till for customers or in your office or staff room for employees.

Sponsored Challenges

Members of staff or even your whole team can get sponsored to take part in one of Trinity’s many challenges such as runs, cycles and skydives – Contact our community fundraiser Leah Bull on 020 7787 1085  for the latest details. Then go to www.justgiving.co.uk to set up a web page to make collecting sponsorship money easy.

Prize draws

Donate one of your company’s products or services to be won in a prize draw. Customers pay a nominated amount to enter their details on a prize draw slip/ or simply put in their business cards, a winner is then drawn.

Hold an event – Arrange an event or special ‘Trinity day’ where a percentage of takings are donated. We will support the event in whichever way we can and will list it on our website.

Share Giving

When donors give shares to a charity, they could receive substantial relief on their income tax bill, as well as exemption from Capital Gains Tax (CGT) on any gains they may have made on the shares.

Payroll Giving

This allows employees to donate straight from their gross salary to Trinity Hospice, giving immediate tax relief, making their gifts go further. Your employees are given the option to opt in and donate anything from £1 a month – it soon adds up.

Internet shopping donation schemes

If customers buy your products online it could reduce your businesses outgoings. Advertise on your website that a % of all on-line sales will be donated to Trinity Hospice.

Matched Giving

Pledge to match what customers donate or staff raise as an incentive for them to aim high.
