Organising your own event

                 

Organising your own event in aid of Trinity doesn’t need to be difficult. In fact, it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3! If sports and challenges are not your thing, why don’t you organise your own event in aid of Trinity Hospice? There are plenty of ideas to choose from. Why don’t you have a look at our newsletter to see what our other supporters have been getting up to.

STEP ONE: Choose an activity, maybe it’s something that you’re good at or enjoy doing. Which clubs do you belong to? What are your local resources and facilities? Is there something that you’ve always wanted to do but never had the chance? Well now is the time - and all for a good cause!

STEP TWO: Make a plan of action; who, what when, when, why and how (much do you want to raise)? Have look through our Fundraising Pack as a guide for how to plan your event or activity effectively.

Once you’ve decided this, simply complete the Event Registration Form and return it to the Community Fundraising Team via the details below.

STEP THREE: Get to it! Once your event is registered we’ll send you  a selection of free fundraising materials, a free t-shirt, sponsorship forms and a letter of authority (to show that you are an official Trinity Hospice fundraiser).
