Care at home
Because many people prefer to stay in their own homes, that’s where most of our care is delivered. But at the same time we understand that care at home can be emotionally draining and physically exhausting and there may be several obstacles for patients, families and carers to overcome.
Trinity’s specialist care helps people to cope by building confidence and reducing anxiety through emotional and practical support. We also help by coordinating all the services involved in a person’s care, such as those provided by GPs, district nurses, hospitals and social services. Our home care is available to anyone who wishes to be cared for at home, whether that is their own home, a care home, prison or temporary accommodation. Trinity’s full range of day services are available to our home care patients.
