The Trinity Hospice Golf Day will be held on 17th June, 2010. This is set to be an auspicious day of golf and entertainment hosted at the prestigious Royal Wimbledon Golf Club, organised by Trinity in collaboration with the Zeniles Committee led by Tony Thorne.

Whilst exclusive use of this exceptional course is undoubtedly the main event, there is also the opportunity to win a brand new car with a hole in one. Twenty-five teams will navigate the course, have the chance to pit themselves against the professionals and win a plethora of prizes.

This highlight of Trinity’s 2010 calendar will be attended by a number of Trinity’s trustees, who have themselves entered teams as well as some of Trinity’s major supporters, members of the Royal Wimbledon Club and our local community.

Come and join us for a wonderful evening of champagne and ballet. Young adults and children from London Russian Ballet School (LRBS) will be performing on the 27th February in partnership with Trinity Hospice at the beautiful St Thomas’ theatre, Battersea. From this performance we hope to raise awareness and generate much needed funds for these two local organisations and their valuable work in our community.

LRBS is a non-profit organisation run by a former principal of the Bolshoi ballet. LRBS brings Russian ballet to students regardless of background. They have over 280 students. It also has an outreach programme teaching over 180 children in Lambeth schools weekly. Real training is offered by the Russian teachers to serious and amateur students in the drive to become a real Russian ballet school in London.
The performance on the 27th will last an hour and a quarter with all proceeds being divided between Trinity and LRBS.
Location: Thomas’s School theatre,
28-40 Battersea High Street,
London, SW11 3JB.
Times: 7pm Champagne reception

7.30pm Performance commences
Price: £20 adults, £10 children
There will be a matinee performance held earlier at 2.30pm on this day aimed at giving local children the opportunity to see a ballet performance and learn more about what the school offers. Adults are also welcome to this performance as there will be seats available at a discounted price of £10 for adults and £2 for children.
