Our care
Trinity provides skilled, compassionate end of life care to individuals and support for families, friends and carers in our central and south west London community. We care for people who are at an advanced stage of all kinds of illnesses. It’s the needs of the patient and their family that matters to us, not the diagnosis.
We’re here to help people live life to the full for whatever time is left – be it one year, one month or one week. We help people to make real choices about how they are cared for and where they die.
Developed in response to needs, our services include nursing and medical care, counselling and practical support, welfare advice, occupational and physiotherapy, complementary therapies, spiritual care and creative activities.
We base our care around an understanding of the unique physical, emotional and practical needs of the individual and their family, friends and carers – because when someone is very ill, many people are affected.
We care for people in their own homes, through day services at Mulberry Place and at our Inpatient Centre in Clapham.
