As many of our patients and supporters tell us, Trinity Hospice is a very special organisation. We deliver a unique service, to our community: we care for people with advanced illness thanks to our dedicated staff and a number of strong partnerships with health and social care professionals. We feel very proud and privileged to change the lives of thousands of people every year.
